Each tech works 9 hours a day (including a 1-hour break), 5 days a week, for a total of 40 working hours per week, in compliance with standard labor regulations.

Yes. All our techs undergo thorough background and reference checks as part of the hiring process. We verify personal, academic, and professional history and obtain a police clearance certificate to ensure complete reliability and trustworthiness.

We require a 30-day notice for cancellation or replacement. If a replacement is needed, we strive to fill the position as quickly as possible, with a maximum lead time of 30 days, depending on role availability.
